Remove HDMI-A-1

HDMI-A-1 refers to the HDMI port closest to the power cable. In all models, we end up connecting HDMI to port 2. HDMI-A-1 was likely taking over, becuase it suddenly had a valid EDID assigned, indicating 'a monitor is connected here'
