Ideally we suggest using the SCHEDULER to create at least 4 separate lists of proclamations, one to start your morning, perhaps starting 30 minutes before your scheduled waking up time, one for an afternoon sessions, one for an evening "wind down" session, and a nighttime sleeping session. The SCHEDULER allows you to determine when one series of proclamations ends and the next series begins. Depending upon your particular schedule you may want to add more sessions. Upon completion of your review select desired proclamations by simply pressing the space bar. Activated proclamations appear GREEN, while inactive proclamations remain WHITE.

We highly suggest (and would require if we could) activating Shangri-La in ALL sessions ALL the time so it runs constantly from now to eternity (or at least until we have the time to create a few alternatives)! Shangri-La is a relaxing, full body cellular supercharger designed to boost energy throughout the entire body. In addition to Shangri-La, we highly suggest activating 3 to 5 priority proclamations that also run in all sessions (continuously 24 hours a day) until you are satisfied with your results. Once you are satisfied with your results you can simply return to the SCHEDULER and select a different proclamation to take its place. A priority proclamation is an proclamation focused on a particular area or issue and easily recognized by an accompanying asterisk (*).

General proclamations are those focused on desired behavioral changes and NOT marked with an asterisk (*). We suggest activating 10 to 20 different general proclamations for each scheduled session. Should you have sincere interest in certain general proclamations such as Health & Well-Being, Weight-Loss, or Reduce Stress, Anxiety, and Panic Attacks they can be included in more than one session, depending upon the severity and your desire to seek improvement. While initially this may seem like quite a few proclamations, other than Shangri-La, which runs a bit longer, most other proclamations are communicated in under 30 seconds so programming 20 proclamations, each would repeat 6 times an hour.
